Hello! My name is Dina Joyce and I am a Realtor with Alton Clark Realty.  I have lived in Central Florida nearly all my life and I'm so happy to call Florida my home.

I attended Seminole County schools and graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Business and Finance.

I understand the needs of families as they move, having been a military spouse with assignments in Alabama, North Carolina and Germany.

I would love to use my knowledge of the area, my business experience and desire to help families and individuals with a smooth transition to help you find your Central Florida dream home or list your home for another family to love.

When not at work, my favorite past-times are watching UCF Knights Men's Lacrosse team and
spending family time at home or the beaches! I look forward to meeting you.

I was born and raised in beautiful Norwich, located in the SE of England.  My parents still reside in Norwich and I am blessed to visit them annually.  My friends often accuse me of speaking a foreign language upon each return, as I seem to revert back to the Queen’s English so quickly.

After finishing school, as a young adult, I married a US Airman. In 1990, he moved us (we had two young sons by then) to Clovis, New Mexico. Three years later, an opportunity to move to Winter Springs, Florida arose, and we have lived in the lovely Sunshine State since.  After 20 years of living in Central Florida, and spending extensive time learning the many assets of each town embraced as part of Beautiful Greater Orlando, I am well equipped to help you find your next home or sell your home in any area of Central Florida.

I believe in serving, with integrity and have done so in the hospitality business for over twenty years. By providing exceptional, personalized service to my clients, I have an incredibly high retention rate; most clients have been with me for sixteen years or more.  I love “football”, and loyally follow our home team, Orlando City Lions and my English home team, Norwich City FC.

After graduating with an Associate’s degree in Legal Studies, I acquired my Florida state realty license. My name is Megan Lovell and I am a recent graduate from the University of Central Florida, Go Knights! I have a background in Business Management and have worked in many different industries and companies around the Greater Orlando area including Walt Disney Company, The Golf Channel, and Lockheed Martin. Patsy Moore, originally from Brownsville, Tennessee graduated in the top 10% of her class and received a full Scholarship to  the University of Memphis.  After receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, and working as a bookkeeper /office manager for a few years, Patsy secured a position as an  Operations Manager for a mortgage company. Within the first 24 months, she realized this is the industry she feels most  at home and decides to open her own Net Branch Mortgage company.  After a successful 6 years as a mortgage broker, the industry crashed and Patsy went back to school and got her Master’s Degree in Accounting and Financial Management and thus began working as a Financial Aid Director for a local College in Tennessee.  After 7 years in that world,  Patsy relocated to Sanford, Florida, and has decided it is time to get back into real estate. Patsy is  family oriented. Her main interests include nurturing her son in AAU Basketball and supporting her daughter in her career goals as she follows her mother’s footsteps at her Alma Mater.  Patsy’s years of experience in the industry on the financing side, as well as her accounting background and  her passion for the industry will be huge advantages to buyers and sellers who are currently in the market.

Hi, I was born in Japan and have lived in several different areas of the country due to my father being in the Navy. When my father retired, we had settled down in the surrounding area of his hometown Orlando. I have over 30 years plus of experience in sales and customer service in the hospitality, retail, and wholesale industries. It's a pleasure to work with a team of professionals at Alton Clark Realty. Eddy Rodriguez is a REALTOR and Photographer at Alton Clark Realty, a real estate firm that specializes in all aspects of Residential and Commercial Real Estate in Central Florida. Eddy is a South Florida native and recently moved to the Central Florida area 3 years ago. Eddy has been involved in the real estate industry since his first job as a leasing consultant in the property management field. My name is Maria Sosa and I was born and raised in Central Florida. Growing up, I always had a love for Real Estate. Cristina is a residential real estate expert that works with buyers and sellers throughout the Central Florida Area. Cristina graduated from UCF with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology. She is a devoted mother of two and wife. She pays close attention to detail and is an excellent multi-tasker

Born and raised in a small town of Puerto Rico to two very young parents who worked tirelessly to raise me and my two brothers.  Mainly raised by my paternal grandmother, a school teacher, I understood that school and good grades were a duty not an option. So I studied my way up to two college degrees. One short one in Secretarial Sciences and a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management both from the University of Puerto Rico.  While finishing my BA I decided to join the first group of students from the UPR to do the Walt Disney World College Program Internship in 1996.

Although I always knew I would not stay in PR and will move to the states I didn’t know where until I came here.  I finished my internship, came back to do the Advanced Internship in 1998 and that’s when I made the decision to come and stay for good.  After going back home to finish my BA and graduate I finally made my move in 1999.  By myself, 5 suitcases and $500.00 was my start almost 16 years ago.  For most of those years I worked my way up the hospitality industry to become Assistant to Director of Rooms.  Then made a move to different fields in the business administration world to end up here, in real estate, where I belong.

All those years I believe have prepared me for this, the comfort when talking to different kinds of people from all different kind of backgrounds and the innate desire to serve and help.

James was born in Miami, Florida and moved to Central Florida in 1980. He began in the business of real estate as an investor buying and selling everything from low income properties to luxury homes. James then made the decision to transition from Investor to Agent as he enjoyed working with people to achieve their goal of home ownership.

 

James has an extensive background in residential real estate working with buyers and sellers and is an expert in short sales, foreclosures, and investment properties. One of his strongest assets is his ability to negotiate the hardest deals while authoring contracts that cover every detail and all while offering the greatest level of protection to clients. James is also a graphic designer, web designer, photographer, and videographer who uses these skills to help market and sell all of Alton Clark Realty’s listings. As a result of having these skills, James is able to provide services to all sellers that would otherwise only receive them if they were selling a multi-million dollar home.

 

James graduated from the University of Central Florida with both a Bachelors & Masters Degree Suma Cum Laude. He’s an avid sportsman who enjoys baseball, golf, hunting, and fishing. He’s the proud father of two beautiful children and is married to the love of his life who just so happens to be his real estate partner, Christine Clark.

Stephen is a native Floridian and has lived in Seminole County for over 20 years. He and his wife Crystal, of 30 years (also a native) have raised 3 children Trevor, Taylor, and Trenton. Stephen went to the University of Florida and is an avid “Gator Fan”. He is also a member of the elite “Florida Blue Key”. He also attempts at being a “chef” to his family.  Currently as a Pharmacist, Stephen is expanding to the area of Real Estate. Christine graduated from the University of Central Florida with a bachelors degree in business administration and a major in finance. While at UCF, Christine was a member of the Alpha Kappa Psi Business Fraternity.
